This schedule is not represented as containing rates which will necessary be economic in the context of any individual member's business and, in particular, because of rapidly escalating capital and operating costs, the rates contained in it are not necessarily those which will remain economic during the currency of this particular edition. The schedule does not constitute a recommendation to members, and is issued for information only. Members are free to charge such rates as they see fit. Note: The Schedule of Rates is free to download by SPOA members.
